Is this early skin cancer ? Or am I just being paranoid
I spotted this on my face a day ago and it made me anxious because it's asymmetrical. I have an oily skin and get acne a lot, but it's the first time I get something like this.
The next photo is taken today. It appears to have gotten calmer, but I just want to be sure.
