Went to the dermatologist late February for these wart colonies and was prescribed 5-fluorouracil cream. I’ve been using this for nearly 3 months overnight covered with duct tape (at the dermatologist’s recommendation) and feel like they don’t look much better- in fact they’ve spread more. I’ve also been taking zinc supplements for over a month now. I’m getting frustrated with the constant cracking, bleeding, and itching. Where do I go next? Any advice is helpful! (First two pics are from today, third pic is before starting any treatment)

Is this normal pimples or something else? I’ve been getting them nonstop for 2 years. I tried washing my scalp every day, but the only thing it caused was making my scalp dry. What should I do?

I had gotten laser done and realized now that the hair is no longer there, I have these holes in my skin. Some of them are connected and they do turn dark because things get stuck in them.

This is between the pubic and tummy area.

Question:

What are these?
How do I get rid of them?
Would Dermal Rolling at home work?

Throwaway account, 25M, fit and vaccinated to the best of my knowledge… scared shitless too. Last sexual partner was 13 months ago, always wore a condom minus one time where it slipped off. Had a couple brown dots show up on my shaft about 7 months ago. Figured they were just benign skin tags or something so I clipped em off with a nail clipper and forgot about it. Recently, I figured I’d give myself a good once over and noticed the “dots” have reappeared in the same-ish or possibly exact same spot… idk… you can imagine the gut fall. I’ve already mentally diagnosed myself with HPV but if anyone can take a look and give me your semi-professional opinion before I set up a derm appointment, I’d appreciate it. Note: these fuckers are tiny. The biggest one (#1) is only about 1.5mm in length. The others, you kinda gotta be purposefully searching for them with a light. As many others before me have felt, I’m also in the “Why me” boat. Don’t be gentle, I can’t get mentally lower anyways. TIA!

Hi everyone,

This is my stepdaughter’s skin situation right now. She doesn’t live with us - she stays with her mother’s family and is only here for vacation.

It started about 2 months ago. When she first arrived, she had 2-3 patches on her arms and thighs. We treated it with OTC cream, and after a few days it cleared up.

However, when she went home and visited us again, it came back much worse. This time it’s spread to her stomach, back, arms, shoulders, thighs, legs - basically everywhere. We’ve been treating it with OTC cream, but it keeps spreading.

I asked her if her cousins (Mother's side) have the same thing, and she said yes.

While trimming for the first time in months, I noticed these concentrated flaky spots in the crease between my groin and leg. The area has not felt irritated in any way. Any expertise/advice is highly appreciated!

These dots are everywhere apart from the feet, bum cheeks and privates. Its on both my daughters face, stomach,chest, back, legs, arms.

My daughters are 7 and 4

The rash or whatever it is came about at the exact same time on both the girls so I feel that alone rules out a lot of diagnosis...

They've had this for about a week, my 7 year old has it worse than my 4 year old.

I took them to the doctors, doctor thinks its school sores/impetigo but... from what ive seen of impetigo it just doesn't add up..the sores haven't blistered, they haven't weeped...it looks like ringworm or gutatte psoriasis to me....but for guttatte....just seems highly coincidental for them to get that at exactly the same time? I also thought maybe chicken pox, but there's been no blistering....

Also, noticed that my BIL (their uncle) who is 15 had a couple of them on his forehead and one on his arm but...only 3 in total and nowhere near this much....i also look to have something similar on my arm but only one dot and it may coincidentally just be something else....

Just worried about my girls as the ones on their chest are so red, angry and sore looking, they haven't been able to go to school for the past week...

Should also note, both girls aren't really sick, they had a bit of a cold just before the rash came but it wasn't a bad one. The girls are fine now, no cold but just a really bad rash.... they're fine in of themselves, jist playing with toys etc. and running around still.

Also, I should add, we did get a new kitten in the house about 2 weeks ago....which to me seems like a clue....maybe tinea from the cat or something? But I've never seen tinea this wide spread like this....just not sure what to think....

What do you guys think?

The dermatologist told me it’s an angioma, but what does it look like to you guys? It’s firm, doesn’t hurt, isn’t getting bigger, and it doesn’t bleed.

For some context, I have extremely uneven breasts, one is a C/D, the other is an A. So I wear thick wired bras with hard padding to make the smaller on even. I am Indian. I also have PCOS and acanthosis nigricans. The mark is worse under the bigger boob. Is this another manifestation of acanthosis or some sort of fungal infection from the bras?

Very hard to have access to a doctor and dermatologist in my area. Figure I would ask here first. I was wondering if I should seek medical aid for this wound I have on my finger. Its been 2 months now and this thing doesnt seem to heal. At the beginning it would bleed profusely if disturbed. Not much pain, dull. Slowly glowing. I had lung cancer 6 years ago, lobectomy performed and in full remission (CT scan clear in the last 5).

The first time I saw it, I thought it was irritation from my shaving, but it was still there when I shaved again about a month later. I started picking at it and it bled. The size has shrunk a bit overnight from the blood drainage. I will be getting tested regardless, but my mind is running wild right now. Please help.

I did not notice this the night before last, nor the next morning, but during the day yesterday I started feeling a burning sensation in the area accompanied with a dull throbbing pain, almost like I stretched a muscle or used a muscle there too much. On my car ride home I reached under my shirt to rub the area because it was sore, and felt bumps. I got home took my shirt off and saw this. Isn’t any where else on my body, I put some Cortisone on it, but it didn’t help, and this morning the burning/pain sensation is roughly the same if not a bit more elevated. I’m very worried and will be going to the walk in today, I’m worried that my HSV-1 spread to another area. I can’t tell but it to my mind it looks like yellow blisters starting to form?

Hey everyone. One week ago i noticed a genital wart close to my penis. I go to laser removal. The doctor noticed more small warts than i did. So now there are 6-7 wounds in my genital area. I use antibiotic palm twice a day. How can i heal this wounds faster? Does anyone know some trick to heal them faster. Thanks..

Been to dermatologists over several years and I’ve tried different cortisone treatments and antibiotics. Also started a treatment with Isotretinoin but I had to stop due to nasty side effects. It keeps getting worse, from what started at the back of the head where the hairline is with small bumps and almost pimple like symptoms which is now scarring. To this being on the top of my head. Bleeding and some pus like liquid. Some days are worse than others but it have never disappeared. Been having issue for over a decade now.

She’s 29F 55kg 4”10. She’s non verbal and mentally age 1-2 (as in she won’t cooperate or understand that we need to do something eg put a plaster).

It started off as a small cut which I assume is from playing with a coke can. I posted previously when it was a small cut and I was told to just wash it and use a spray on plaster.

As of now, we’ve been washing her hand with soap and water and spraying spray on plaster as she keeps tearing off an actual plaster. This spray seems to be irritating her so we’re going to stop.

But it’s all over her mouth too which I’ll upload below so I’m confused what this. Do we need to take her to the hospital? What is this?

3 meds they sent to special pharmacy they said which idk is cheaper(good for me) or is it because they make commission off of me being referred as a customer? 2 are from walgreens

I am pregnant, not sure if hormones could cause sensitivity… I thought it was a hand burn. But I don’t think so, could it be a weird reaction to the sand or saltwater at the beach? I didn’t feel anything sting me.

Day one was red and tender, then BURNING and stinging like crazy for a day, then right hand blistered. WTF?….

I have had what looks and feels like whiteheads/ clogged pores on the shaft of my penis and scrotum area for about 3 weeks now. The bumps only align with hair follicles.

They are completely symptomless and I just had STD blood work done last week, so they shouldn’t be STD related.

My doctor said he believes my theory of clogged pores due to using coconut oil as lubricant seems correct. The timeline makes sense as I started using coconut oil for sex and masturbation a week or two before the bumps appeared. I prioritize hygiene, but I am prone to sweating a lot and I am a cyclist and runner, so that area does get a lot of sweat and oil. Never experienced this before though.

They resemble and behave like a blackhead on your nose, its hard to resist the urge to squeeze them because of this, but have not gone away after stopping the coconut oil two weeks back, taking daily showers with gentle soap, and using witch hazel wipes as directed by doctor.

I am still sexually active since there was no STD markers, and they are not very noticeable unless you look close.

Any recommendations for cleaning or other advice? I will be following up with my doctor next week since they haven’t cleared up. Thanks!
