I had an encounter w a girl then less than 24 hours ago, these spots randomly came. They don’t rlly itch but I do think they are noticeable, I’m really nervous. I’m on accutane which makes my lips drier. It doesn’t burn mahbe tingles a little it’s been more or less the same for the last 9 hours. I’m really nervous as I’ve never had something like this
