Needing help on line up
I'm trying to help my alliance by educating myself on the game. I get info from lots of places but I can't figure out how my main line up should be right now at level 12. Could I get some advice, this is my crew. Any help is great

Love the game but new to Alliances.

Since I joined my troops won't leave their training tent. It just says something about capacity being full when I click on it.
How do I fortify my defenses?
How do I know if I raided or looted or something else that I need to apologize?
Is there anything written (for dummies) on how to play this game.
