Hero awaken

I’m about to feel real stupid, but I have 50 Omni awaken shards and I can’t figure out how to trade them for Marlena shards. I’ve clicked everything I can click. Is it available or do you have to pay for it somehow?

How do I defend my city?

Heeeeelp! I just downloaded the game some days ago. And today while I was at work, offline for 8 hours, my city was attacked!

I looked at the report, but I don't quite understand it. It looks like I had not defense at all? No heroes defending the city. My soldiers (T3) did take damage.

Can someone explain to me what happened, and how do I defend my city while away?

Looking for casual alliance

I really enjoy this game, its easy fun for me, but im not a serious player. Im in an alliance atm thats good, but they are micromanaging almost everything. I didn't aquire their 'minimum requirement' points for the alliance duel yesterday, and im getting literal paragraph lectures today on what I did wrong, its not fun this way. Is there any alliances accepting casual players who aren't trying to be professional about it?

Upgrade priorities

So I've been playing this game for a bit and I'm currently sanctuary level 18. Most of my buildings are between level 16 and level 17. I've always prioritized my resources and storage units first.

The question I have is, should I continue to upgrade everything to level 18 before going onto level 19? I know there's prerequisites, but what about the buildings outside of those? Is it a good practice to just take your time?

Lore

I started playing less than a month ago. I find the game mostly boring and repetitive if you don't have money to spend, but the alliances and community is great and mostly why I play everyday lol.

It's hard to gain strength without buying a few things here and there but I understand games like these are cash grabs without much effort behind them.

Still, I wish the devs would actually put some effort into the story behind the game.

At the beginning you think "Okay, I'm a doctor now, I have to cure people, and oh, Celia is going to be a main character, what's her story? Where did she came from?" and then...nothing. Once you finish the main part, there's nothing else in the game.

You don't get introductions for new characters, nor their backstory, no lore, no storytelling whatsoever. I recently discovered there were more characters you could unlock and still there's no info on them.

Maybe it's my bad for getting used to Genshin Impact type of games, but yeah. I wish the game was more deep and not so plain.

Who are these accounts? What are there motives?

I've been getting lots of messages like this recently. Who are the people behind these accounts? What do they want?

Any tips on how to play the crystal cluster to get enough crystals for maximum rewards?

I enter as soon as the valley opens but I always end up short. Should I attack and move to where there are rats or is it better to keep farming?

What is the best way to take an exended vacation from this game?

Quit your alliance, park yourself in a corner, spend all your resources, and remove your soldiers from the wall (you'll hit zero eventually)?

Who should I be levelling up?

My alliance is doing lots of wandering blight raids and I've realised my two squads are only powerful enough to be helpful on lv100s

I've reached the point it takes a lot of antitoxin to level up

Sanctuary is lv17 so I've been leveling up my other purples for when I unlock squad 3 but maybe I should be focused on my first two

Should I put up troops on the wall during elixir scramble?

Is there a difference if I put up fortifications? Or will I just kill my soldiers?

Female Heroes

Did you guys notice that creators of the game are feminists ? There are 8 female heroes in season 1 and only 5 of male. Most of female heroes are stronger then male...

And not just that ,most of workers are female ... Politics and games...

Should I use my UR shards to Harper and add him in my main? (f2p)

Or should I just give them to Marlena? I got him in hero search.

In game devs

I just recently joined new server and most of top alliances leaders are marketing top up hero Marlena in alliance notices . My opinion is that some of those players work for company with only goal to make you spend more. There are players hired from company to organize stuff ,teach new layers gameplay and also to make you spend ! What are your thoughts on this?

Elixir Scramble strategy

My alliance had our first Elixir Scramble last night, and I have questions about how it works.

  1. I kept getting teleported back to the starting location, I assume when my score reached zero. What exactly does this score represent (troops?) and what can I do to prevent this from happening?

  2. I kept running out of troops and not being able to attack. I know that on the left, I have buttons to heal troops, and to collect troops. Since healing takes ages, is there any point in healing during the game?

  3. When I was garrisoning a building, the enemy would attack my sanctuary first before attacking the building. Is this to force me to leave?

  4. At the end of the game I got a ranking for most siege points (I don't know what word is used in English but that's what the word means). What exactly does this mean?

  5. Any tips for dealing with when your opponents are all higher sanctuary level than you??

Thanks!
