Do employers ever ignore the results of drug tests? Are they allowed to?
For example, if a prospective employee, or an existing employee, took a drug test that tested positive for THC and nothing else, and the responsible parties weren’t concerned with marijuana use, can they make that judgement call and endorse that person’s employment anyway? Does this happen?
