I am buying a place & haven't told my relatives that we live with yet, AITAH?

So first I must address that the place will most likely be in closing tomorrow night or the next morning (I'm getting a 2nd inspection with a different inspection company tomorrow, hopefully nothing new turns up). Since I haven't closed on it yet I decided not to tell the relatives I rent from or my mom (she has a big mouth) as of yet. Also...

My Dad told me a bit ago that they were planning on renovating & selling the place we live. They did not discuss that with us or when this would occur. I don't think they know we know.

My aunt started living with us like idk 4 years ago due to health reasons (her husband owns the property & moved to another country, we bankroll his life there).

I think my partner & I were ready to leave after she called me a hypochondriac who just wants to be sick with my genetic disease. My partner got very offended & told her that wasn't true. She still makes jabs about me not actually being sick.

She kept telling us to move out but my uncle keeps trying to mollify us for now because we basically pay his rent & for his lifestyle.

I will stay most of June & help with the utility transitioning, as well as give him 4k to 5k to help with anything that might need repairing (and because it will make the transition easier, I have appreciated everything).

Am I being fair & reasonable or AITAH?

Tldr : We don't want to count our chickens before they hatch. I will give my landlords (aunt uncle) 4 to 5k to help with repairs & transitions. They secretly were planning on renovating & selling the place we rent without telling us when or anything at all. Is it an Assh**e move not to tell them until we're certain & we'll be out by July.

Am I white? My teacher thinks Jewish people aren't.

I know this is silly to ask, however I don't trust Gemini or chatgpt to answer me. So, I'm well aware that it's an ethnoreligion, because my family had to worry about genetic traits passed on that are common in Jewish people. Like Parkinsons and stuff like that. Also, my mom got DNA tested and came up almost 100% ashkenazi jew with a sprinkling of Sephardic. Like, half or more of my relatives alive in the earlier 1900s were killed in the Holocaust so I don't know much before that though. My dad happens to not be Jewish, but by tradition I am because I came from my mom.

My sociology teacher always said I, "Passed". Meaning white people wouldn't know I was a Jewish person according to him.

Being pale, blue eyed & button nosed led me to a lot of weird situations where people felt they could be antisemitic in front of me.

I have always thought of myself as a white Jewish person, on paper there's only a selection for Caucasian when Identifying.

I don't know what to think about what my teacher said. 🤔
