I was walking by the Hilltop apts on Western and realized almost the entire line of cars parked on the hill had all had their windows smashed into. It was around 6/7pm when I saw it…. But there were a few cars that weren’t broken into that seemed to have probably parked after it happened?

Does anyone know anything about this??
