I got my gf pregnant but I'm married, need advice..

I (30m) have been married to my wife (30f) for 9 years. About 7 months ago we separated by choice of my wife. Since then things have been very on and off between us. Sometimes we would talk regularly and see each other, other times we would barely speak. We never officially divorced, but I honestly thought we were heading that way.
About a month ago I started dating someone new (25f). Things moved faster than I expected, and I’ve just found out she’s pregnant. At the same time, my wife has recently started opening up about wanting to potentially work things out and get back together in the future.
Now I feel completely stuck. Part of me still cares deeply about my wife because we built a whole life together, but now there’s another person involved and a baby on the way. I don’t know if trying again with my wife would even be fair to anyone at this point.
I know I’ve made a mess of this situation, and that I am in the wrong regardless of where i go, but I genuinely don’t know what the right thing to do is.
TL;DR: Separated from my wife of 9 years for 7 months and recently started seeing someone new who is now pregnant. At the same time, my wife says she wants to work toward getting back together, and now I have no idea what to do.
