Parents, how much are you charging your children for rent?

Hello everyone, I am 21 and live with my mum (I feel as though I cannot move because she uses her disability against me not moving out…she has arthritis but can walk and do everything normal to an extent)
I do everything at home. Cleaning, shopping, maintenance, take the car to services, MOTs, cook and whatever else you can think of. I pay the wifi and Netflix bill. Our rent is £425 per month and gas and electric is around £100 per month. Which comes up to £525. I mostly do my own shopping however things like butter, bread, milk and washing up liquid is what mum pays for. She gets disability pay and benefits which is around £1200 per month.
I have lost my job a few months ago but I have still scraped by and paid her £400 per month. However, I am now going into an apprenticeship and she demands £500 from me. I am making £960. I would also like to add that I pay for fuel regardless who uses the vehicle. That would leave me with £460 to live off but I also have to take away stuff like dog insurance and food, fuel, Netflix and WiFi bill. For that amount I could probably rent out a crappy two bed house. I don’t see why my mum needs that much money from me. Is this normal?
