emotionless after stopping antidepressants
my gf noted that her antidepressants felt like they worked & made her less sad, but maybe a month later she told me she meant to say it makes her not care about anything & nothing makes her happy, she stopped taking her meds a month ago & she starts sertraline tomorrow, she told me when she got off her meds she didn’t feel any less happy, or more depressed, it was like she was still on her meds, she still feels like she doesn’t care about anything that usually makes her sad & she doesn’t get happy, anybody go through something similar? she didn’t tell her psych but she told her psych she wanted to change meds because she didn’t like the one she was on, would her starting sertraline help? or should she wait awhile? im jus worried about her want her to be able to be happy again
