So, I travel for work. Many times I order things and have it sent where I am. I have tried many times to order from Torrid. They cancel all my orders and give me many excuses as to why they canceled. So I decide to email customer service and get better clarification for the reason THIS TIME! The response was:

[The reasons noted were:

1. No resident name found for the secondary address
2. The name registered to the email does not match the order details
3. Phone number I gave them could not be verified

These measures are in place to help protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions.]

1. If I’m shipping to a store, why would a resident be at that address.
2. Why does it matter where I ordered from? I need the items where I am.
3. It’s a “shopping” email. I dont need all that spam that comes with giving my good email. You reached me, did u not?
4. It’s a google number. Again, I’m sicka these mf spam calls n shit!

Like please gtfoh with that. No other company has had a problem.
