Help Needed: PC Won’t Detect Any Printer (Even New One)
Need some tech help for my mom. Her Dell PC suddenly stopped detecting her HP printer (worked fine before), and even a replacement printer won’t connect. The printer’s blue pairing light just keeps blinking and nothing shows up on the computer.
We’ve tried restarting everything, removing and re-adding devices, and starting from scratch with no luck. PC is under a year old, printer under two.
She’s also getting constant McAfee popups. Any advice appreciated!
