$1500-$1700 budget looking for a decent deal on a 5070 with also 32gb of ram clueless on cpu other then amd is more gaming powerful then Intel
Im currently on a 3050ti 4gb laptop so anything really is a huge upgrade but either a 5060ti 16gb or a 5070 is around my budget i know the 5070 is like 10-20% faster then a 5060ti but the 16gb version has a little more vram headspace. Im not looking to play heavy 4k, 1440 is the goal. But I like to play arma reforger, squad before they switched to UE5, borderlands(even 1080 borderlands 4 is fine with me) forza and all sorts of games. Gaming is my hobby so time to spend the dough on the hobby but need some help finding a good deal

Currently rocking a 3050ti 4gb vram asus tuf F17 so the questions are why is this tuf like 700$ cheaper then the other 5070 laptops and if im gonna spend $700 is it worth while to spend the the other extra for a 5070ti instead?
