Relentless Colorbleed
Okay, fellow royal icing people, I need help. I know this gets asked a lot, but I’ve tried all the usual suggestions.
I always add white to my base icing. I’ve tried adding a little cream of tartar. The consistencies are as close as possible. Before adding color B, I’ve tried letting color A dry completely, just crusted over, and even wet in wet. I’ve used a fan to let them dry overnight.
I don’t have a dehydrator, but can’t afford it now.
I’ve been at this for months and realize that I can’t keep advertising to sell until I fix this.
Yall. What else can I do?
