Trying to Locate/Purchase (LARGE) Mandala Hoop . . . .
I need to buy a hoop for my crochet. What it's for is finished and measured.
It is 37 inches in span. Going up in ring size is doable and going down doesn't work for hopefully obvious reasons. Yet it seems that selling anything over 36 inches is illegal. Anywhere I'm checking seems to think so at least.
Can someone point me to a site/listing selling a 38 or 40 inch hoop?
