Our d10 plus went over dog poop 🙃 In cleaning the wheels, I think water has gotten inside the machine. The lights will turn on when on the dock, but it won’t connect to the app, doesn’t make any sounds and the second the base is turned off or it’s taken off the base, the lights turn back off. After cleaning it I did leave it for 2 days before trying to turn it on. It’s now been a couple of weeks and no change.
Any idea if this is fixable? It’s a few years old and not under warranty (plus I bought it second hand).
