CNX failed me last night after my Final Interview, but today I just received an email from them about an onboarding process
Ganito po ba talaga si CNX? Interview last night went well as I was applying for a Social Media account so it's a Chat Support Representative role. But since this is in Taguig the only information that they disclosed is that it's a blended account. Tinanong ko kung ilang percentage ang voice at ang non-voice pero di alam ng interviewer. Seems sketchy na after nila akong i-fail kinaumagahan magsesend si company ng email stating na ako ay may JO and that I should start the onboarding process etc. I asked the recruiter whom assisted me last night and she only answered "Ask them in what site."
P.S. So is it true that this company "Concentrix" is notorious for being the type of company that reprofile their applicants even without their knowledge and formal consent?
