Hi, I'm a fresh graduate and a newbie in the BPO industry. Last week friday, I started taking calls, but I only accepted 2 calls since inaanxiety ako. UK po yung clients and they were still respectful despite their frustrations, sa first call ko sobrang dami kong failures and sa second call din that I had to switch my status from available to offline. I was afraid na ma-audit yung 2 calls ko kaya tumigil na ako. Marunong po ako mag navigate ng tools (we have more than 7 tools po) but in terms of process nahihirapan pa ako plus hindi ko po maintindihan accent ng mga british. Also, I don't know what I should do if gusto magcancel ng customer or may ipapabago sila.

Hindi po kasi lahat naturo sa training dahil nagkaroon ng conflict sa trainers. Sobrang delay na rin namin, 1 month na po ako sa training and last week lang nagcalls. My problem is pinanghihinaan po ako ng loob para sa shift ko mamaya. Ako lang po kasi newbie sa amin and yung mga kawave ko po ay may experience:'(( habang nagkocalls din po walang nakasupport or antabay sa akin kaya aligaga ako.

I just wanna ask some advice sa mga tenured na po sa industry na 'to. How did you overcome this feeling? Pag iniisip ko po na papasok ulit ako mamaya, parang nasusuka na ako. Pinanghihinaan po ako ng loob kaka overthink na what if ako lang ma-behind or maiwan sa acads? Worse, baka materminate pa before probation imbes na maregular. Btw, punctual po ako when it comes to attendance and by the book din sa mga rules. Idk if it's a good factor para maregular but I badly need advice and tips for a newbie like me.

I know that working on shifting schedules is part of the contract when you work in a call center, but how is it reasonable to change our schedules EVERY SINGLE WEEK?

For context, our previous account recently sunsetted, so we were moved back to training while waiting to be deployed to a new account. Since then, we’ve been dealing with shifting schedules every week, and it’s honestly exhausting. Our bodies barely have time to adjust to one schedule before we’re suddenly expected to adapt to another one.

What makes it even more frustrating is that people are already getting sick, struggling with sleep, and having difficulty adjusting to the constant changes. And now, I'm starting to get sick myself. Honestly, I don't even know if I can last until the end of this month if things continue this way.

Whenever concerns are raised, our training supervisor's response is always along the lines of, "You're working in a call center. This is normal and part of your contract. Yada yada---"

I understand that the BPO industry operates around clients' needs and different time zones. I also understand that flexibility is part of the job. But does that mean employees are expected to tolerate constantly changing schedules regardless of the impact on their health and well-being?

I'm not complaining just for the sake of complaining, but this is becoming too much already. If resigning were that easy, matagal ko na sanang ginawa. Unfortunately, it's not that simple. Finding another job that offers a stable schedule is difficult, especially when you need a steady source of income to survive.

I'm also unsure where to raise this concern because I'm just a trainee. I don't know if I can bring this up to HR or someone higher up without it affecting my standing or future deployment.

Sige, sabi ko take a rest and if keri na pumasok tom edi go. Nung nalaman ng mas tenured na TL ay pinagalitan ako. Dapat daw pinilit ko kaagad na magpa check up para mag provide ng medcert. Uhmm? It was fucking 12am? Matanda na rin ‘yung tao at higit sa lahat hindi naman lahat e kailangan ng check up. Bed rest lang ang iba. Ewan ko, feeling ko babalik na lang ako as agent. Ayoko nang ganito.

TEMU CSR PH Application Process Update

Hello everyone! Ask ko lang po sana if meron na sa inyong nakapag-start as a CSR under TEMU PH, specifically sa Ortigas site.

Honestly, medyo nalilito na po ako sa application process nila. I would like to ask for clarification regarding my current status.

Under HR Vivian, I already completed and passed the following:

- 1 Assessment

- 2 Interviews

After that, they proceeded with salary negotiation and requested the submission of my documents, including:

- BIR Form 2316

- 3 Months' Payslips

- SSS Contribution Record

- PhilHealth

- Pag-IBIG

- Certificate of Employment (COE)

Recently, nagkaroon sila ng holiday from October 1–7. Then, on October 8, I received another invitation for an additional round of interview.

Medyo worried lang po ako kasi during my second interview, I specifically asked kung may additional interview pa ba after that, and I was clearly informed na wala na. According to the interviewer, 1 assessment and 2 interviews lang daw ang process.

Kaya naguguluhan po ako kung normal ba talaga na magkaroon pa ng another interview kahit nakapag-salary negotiation na at nakapag-submit na ng required documents.

May naka-start na po ba dito sa TEMU Ortigas site? Or may naka-experience din po ba ng same process na umabot sa additional interview kahit tapos na sa previous interviews?

Previous salary ko kasi 31k compensation package now sa TSI Eton ang asking salary ko is 32k, 30k is basic and 2500 is for rice and monthly allowance and may 5k premium while onsite pero mawawala kapag wfh na and hindi pa kasama ang night deff? Nay experience ako na 4 yrs? Now masyado ko bang binaba ang sarili ko? Or kaya naman ba nilang ibigay ang 35k basic? A side sa package and possible ba pare parehas kami ng sahod ng mga tenured agent? Class will start next week
