Hello! I got an offer from leading beverage company (FMCG) for 19,200 as Accounting staff & project based employee for 1 year and also I passed the interview in JP Morgan and they will be sending the job offer maybe this week as per the recruiter and my position is account specialist I.

Ask ko lang po tips pano po pumasa sa mga interview for bpo if may awol for two months last 2023 para mag-aral ang now graduate na ng college? HAHAHAHA napanghihinaan ulit ako ng loob dahil sa sobrang tagal ng virtual process sa foundever. 12 ng tanghali ako na initial then after non final interview but til now wala pa rin, nasa breakroom lng tas 15k lang offer? I’m from Qc pa worth it ba? Nalulungkot na ako pang lima ko natong company na reject or failed if isusuko kopa 😭😭😭 pang 4 na company kona to na kung hindi failed ni-reject ko naman huhu.

Recently nag-request ako ng COE from CNX since nag-awol ako after 2 months noong 2023, and now nag-aapply ako since I graduated from college. Namomoroblema lng ako if hihingin paba coe ko after 3 years if 2 months lng naman ako? And is there a possibility na makapag-apply pa rin kahit walang coe? Ty. Hello so I'ma working student currently working as a night shift worker and voice account, napansin ko lanh from previous year na di ako nag work sobrang kinis ng balat ko but now, my face is full of pimple and maayos namn skincare ko idk what to do every off ko walang nadadagdag na pimple but everytime I go to work it adds one huhu, please if u can reco pampawala ng eyebags, pimple treatment and anuthing kahit supplements that would work while I was working kasii I cant stop now, as much as I would love to resign I cant huhu pretty please🥺

we’re supposed to received our april incentives last month pero hindi nabibigay til now. Nangyari na to once pero pinagbigyan namin sila. Pero parang naging pattern na na palaging delay ang incentives namin. We don’t have signed agreement about it but they have video about sa incentives na to nung nilaunch ng client.

More than 2 years na sa comp and unfortunately nagclose na yung project last June. Given na wala pa malilipatan na ibang engagement, the agreement with HR is we will be on a floating status until new project comes.

We are in full RTO when project was still ongoing. However, buti nalang na they decided na i-wfh nalang kami given na wala naman gagawin sa office. Our laptops have been surrendered already so literal na wala gagawin.

Just to add, we are under IT and not customer service since we are licensed professionals. So we cannot just easily transfer sa mga voice accounts na kung anu anu lang.

HR advised that we will be having severance pay if no engagements will accept us in a month or so. Honestly, I am happy since wfh naman and makakapag pahinga. Pero the uncertainty of what will happen on my career is what bothers me.

If you will be on my shoe, mag aapply na rin ba kayo or wait nalang yung severance pay?
