TEMU CSR PH Application Process Update
Hello everyone! Ask ko lang po sana if meron na sa inyong nakapag-start as a CSR under TEMU PH, specifically sa Ortigas site.
Honestly, medyo nalilito na po ako sa application process nila. I would like to ask for clarification regarding my current status.
Under HR Vivian, I already completed and passed the following:
- 1 Assessment
- 2 Interviews
After that, they proceeded with salary negotiation and requested the submission of my documents, including:
- BIR Form 2316
- 3 Months' Payslips
- SSS Contribution Record
- PhilHealth
- Pag-IBIG
- Certificate of Employment (COE)
Recently, nagkaroon sila ng holiday from October 1–7. Then, on October 8, I received another invitation for an additional round of interview.
Medyo worried lang po ako kasi during my second interview, I specifically asked kung may additional interview pa ba after that, and I was clearly informed na wala na. According to the interviewer, 1 assessment and 2 interviews lang daw ang process.
Kaya naguguluhan po ako kung normal ba talaga na magkaroon pa ng another interview kahit nakapag-salary negotiation na at nakapag-submit na ng required documents.
May naka-start na po ba dito sa TEMU Ortigas site? Or may naka-experience din po ba ng same process na umabot sa additional interview kahit tapos na sa previous interviews?
