Caregiver long distance

I’m inquiring to see if there has been caregivers who actually manage everything long distance for their loved one. 30 years I have taken care of my 93-year-old grandmothers finances did her grocery shopping. Kept the house updated and livable recently applied for Medicaid and was approved for some, but not all, due to her SSA. She has outlived her retirement, many years ago, savings has depleted and she refuses to move with me in another state. She demands to stay in her home. And I want to grant that, but it is coming at a cost financially physically and mentally on my part. She has outlived her only Son and my sibling(her other grandchild).
I would like to add she is in a safe environment. There’s cameras in her home. She has caregivers that come in so she is never alone, but nonetheless flying back-and-forth taking the time off work it’s taking a toll. She has great neighbors. They have lived there for 30+ years and do keep an eye out. Just looking for some encouragement or maybe insight on strategies that others have used. Thanks in advance! €Hanging on by a limb€!
