Would you trust a 106k-mile Accord 2.0T over a low-mileage 1.5T?

Need advice between two Accord deals as a student buyer
I’m deciding between two Honda Accords and would really appreciate opinions from people who’ve owned these cars long term.
Option 1:
2018 Honda Accord EX-L 2.0T

106k miles

Honda Certified Pre-Owned from a Honda dealer

Minor rear-end accident reported

Around $20k OTD

Option 2:
2019 Honda Accord Sport 1.5T

Only 18k miles

Private seller

Clean title

Asking $22.7k

This would be my daily for school/work in California. I care about reliability and long-term ownership costs, but I also really like the 2.0T performance and 10-speed transmission.
Main concerns:
Is the 2.0T at 106k miles still a good buy if it was maintained well?

How much value does Honda CPO really add at that mileage?

Would the low-mileage 1.5T be the smarter financial decision overall?

Any known issues I should watch for on either drivetrain?

Which one would you choose and why?
