Conference invitation fully paid

Hi, I would like to her your help with this.

My sister was approached on LinkedIn by a person from company X. This is a widely known company based in America (we are from EU). He has a large following on his LinkedIn page, and when I google his name that page is the first hit I get. I can find his face on many other videos on other famous channels. He seems to be legit.

He invites her to the open house of this company, to be involved in some new product/process they are working on, relevant to my sisters profile. For this she also needs to sign an NDA. I cannot find information of this open house anywhere, but maybe it is an internal event? The new product, I can find information on.

Manager of my sister is concerned they might invite her so that they can use her companies name. When expressing these concerns, they mentioned she is invited based on her personal profile and not to be a representative of her company.

They state that the company will pay for everything, including flight ticket, accomodation & meals.

She is now asked to fill in a google sheet with personal information (name, adress etc), but nothing like credit card information or any red flags.

If this is real, she would really like to go.

What do you think, any red flags or does this sound like some known scam?

EDIT: Title mentions conference, it's an open house.*
