Have been applying for SDR postings with the goal to eventually move up to AE and recently got a new role at work with potential of around $200k a year (median). SDRs and AEs how do you enjoy the tech biz and what could an AE expect to make? How’s the industry looking like long term?

What is a a typical pay plan for a commercial account manager? How much gross front and back. Debating between CAM or going into tech sales as an SDR and working my way up. Thoughts?
