Never had this issue before
Turned the car on this morning and this was on my dash. I’ve never had this issue. Also the E brake is all the way down and the light just stays on

I’m not sure what’s the best thing to use toward the tires. I’ve used wheel cleaner and it still stays after it dries. Plz help thank you
