Pantry or clothes moths?

I just moved into a new apartment and I found a pantry moth trap in the water heater closet left there by the owner, full of moths. But the water heater closet is attached to my bedroom closet (see pic, the opening above the plywood leads to bedroom closet), so isn’t it more likely they are clothes moths? Took a quick look at my sweaters and couldn’t see any holes. There was also this debris on the floor — it wasn’t there last time I checked — but it doesn’t really look like frass to me. Could it be unrelated?

I’ve never dealt with moths before. I actually left my last apartment because of a mouse issue, so now I’m freaking out that I have a similar or worse pest issue. Please help!
