How to fabricate (or buy) stainless steel panels for Bosch fridge/freezer doors?
Bought a Bosch panel-ready fridge/freezer (model B30IB905SP/38) off FB marketplace after an AJ Madison rep told me I could buy stainless steel panels for the front doors. Unfortunately it turns out Bosch does not make those nor do they list any compatible accessories. You buy the B30IB905SS if you don’t want to use custom cabinets.
Fortunately I got an exceptionally good deal on the fridge, and it’s like new. Unfortunately I need to figure this out pretty quick.
I figure there must be a solution. Can I just buy the panels meant for the thermador version of this fridge? The T30IB905SP has stainless panels and I think it’s the exact same dimensions. Or can I have a local metal shop fabricate something, like MDM with a brushed steel plate adhered or attached somehow? Do third parties sell compatible kits? Any ideas?
