Shopping around for a CBR 650R with a budget of $10,000, a local dealership quoted me and OOTD price of $9620 for a 2019 CBR 650R with 10,450 miles. Does this sound fair or overpriced to you?

Also do you all think it’s likely to find a newer model with E clutch for around $10,000? E clutch isn’t a deal breaker for me but I’d prefer it
