Watching He-man (200) and kept thinking how much the music reminded me of Xena, and sure enough lol

Now I just want to rewatch Xena from constantly being reminded of the show through the music 😆 but He-man is just an awesome show that I haven't seen in so many years.

Shoot, I meant to put 2002 on the title. Sorry!

Still trying to figure out if my gut issues are histamine related

Hello. I'm 40f.

I've been on quite a long and painful journey since January of this year after getting really sick from a sinus infection. I have never experienced before the symptoms I list ahead and have been pretty healthy and active, though I had some minor gut issues before.

I had to do my own research since my doctor has completely failed to provide any help and I think all roads lead to histamine intolerance or MCAS?

A lot of things that I eat have been making me really sick, including feeling lethargic, head pressure that lasts for a few hours, really bad chest pain, acid reflux, nausea, and the worst bloating. But also feeling shaky or slight tremors sometimes. Been trying to keep a food diary to figure out what is causing most of these issues. The last most recent thing I noticed that made me feel sick was just a few sips of an Olipop probiotic soda and another day was from a coconut yogurt. I felt fatigued and my chest got kinda tight on both those occasions.

I can't have any coffee (decaf has been fine) or alcohol since they make me really lightheaded or fatigued after. And my stomach now also seems to hate any highly processed foods.

I've also stopped completely eating gluten since I experience diarrhea now after eating it. GI did a colonoscopy but he never thought of telling me to eat gluten before the procedure to see if i was maybe celiac.

I'm not sure if it is related but now I feel like I'm pretty intolerant to heat now. Just 15-20 minutes in the sun and I'm lightheaded for hours but also sometimes a terrible head pressure lasted for days.

But I'm honestly still learning about histamine intolerance and just found out things I was eating like kimchi and bananas are high on histamine so now I'm trying to avoid all those things. It has been a few months of hell for me with a handful of days that I feel amazing probably from perfectly avoiding all the bad things for my body.

Does any of this sound like I'm right about my hunch of this possibility being histamine related? I do have a follow-up with my GI and want to bring up all these with her but also have a cardiologist appointment and an appointment with a new GP in August to get a second (and hopefully better) opinion.
