I had my first Starter50 class today! It was so fun and I’m obsessed so I’ll definitely be going back.

But one thing I was self conscious about was not understanding the countdown cues when the instructor is counting down to the next move. I didn’t really understand them. I had to look around to figure out which move was next lol

Does this get easier to understand?
