SPI jig attachment recommendation so I don't have to hold this jig down while writing the file onto the chip

SPI jig

This is part of an SPI ROM writer jig. I use it for flat BIOS chips. Is anyone familiar with this?

The common clip (the one that looks like a clothespin) doesn’t work for me anymore because the BIOS chips I work with are now flat. These pins are spring-loaded.

What I usually do is press these pins against the solder pads/legs of the BIOS chip while the BIOS file is being written, but it gets tiring after a while.

Last year, I saw from someone showing an attachment for this so you don’t have to keep pressing the pins manually against the BIOS chip. I’m not sure if it’s magnetic, but I don’t think it is.

Does anyone know what that attachment is called? Also, what is the proper name of the tool in the picture?
