So im trying to build my 1jz gte non vvti , now due to the current rules of uae i cant slap a big turbo like ive done on my other builds. I want to use this car on the roads and a bit of drag. I wanna build the stock turbos, currently theyre ceramic turbos that hold no more than 350-400hp. Now im aware there are kits for them online that changes the internals of the turbos itself and there are garages like v spec , spec r and that one guy in Umm al quwain that does it. My question is, does anyone else do it? I dont mind the distance just dont want to pay a whopping 6k for a turbo upgrade. The cheapest ive found is 4k for a complete rebuild and upgrade for my turbos, can anyone help me through?
