I had a claim for lumbar issues, radiculopathy in arms, and neck. Had both a cervical and lumbar/thoracic DBQ done with medical opinions submitted with both. Decision was issued denying radiculopathy and neck (I will have further evidence and submit that later), but doesn’t at all address the lumbar stuff. In the decision letter evidence list, both DBQ’s are clearly listed. My claim is listed as closed now, and I don’t see anything about it being deferred or something else. Anyone else been in this situation?
