I don't doubt that mental health is an important thing. But those who go around business to businesss to discuss the importance of mental health is 100% a scams.

What do they do? They give some anecdote about their personal lives, be it true or not, give some very obvious advice like talk to your friends, go outside for some exercise and don't drink too much alcohol. You don't need to be a doctor to give that advice.

And these anecdotes aren't exactly fact checked. They might even talk about how they had some money troubles, but I bet you they're not on minimum wage going around talking about this.
