S23 screen replacement
My s23 got a green line a month before. Checked with customer care a free replacement can be done if the phone was under 3 years of purchase. I visited the store on 27th June but the service approval team was on a public holiday service personnel requested me to come another day. Yesterday 2 nd of july again I went to get the screen replacement, now the service centre informed me this offer was only active till 30 th of june. I have to pay around 11k for the new screen from my pocket for a mistake samsung made. Phone is in prefect condition still cant stand the line anymore. Left the store with my under 3 yr phone and lot of disappointment.
Contacted samsung toll free number confirmed the same 30th june the policy had ended.
Such a bad experience for me, never coming back to samsung. If you know any additional information please let me know how to handle samsung.
NB : From now on screen replacement will only be free if the phone is under warranty less that 1 year. This is the new samsung for you. For people planning to buy another Samsung beware.
