This is a 2020 Subaru Outback with 70,000 miles. I've been hearing a weird sound at low speeds that kind of sounds like an airplane landing gear extension (not airplane takeoff, like a bad wheel bearing symptom). Hear it usually at low speeds, sometimes at idle, haven't been able to record it. It's intermittent, doesn't seem to be tied to rpm or braking. I opened up the hood to see if I could identify what was making the noise, and noticed this pulley (which I believe is the crankshaft pulley) wobbling a bit. Does this look normal, and could it be causing the issue I described?
