sent my trade in phone via the package they mailed me but no credit has been applied
it's been like two weeks and i havent received any confirmation they even got my phone, no credit has been applied to my account. Says i owe $1000+ on this s26+ that I was supposed to get an $800 credit towards. Does it just take a long time?
