Wow. Amazing experience (Gen X dude)

Can I call you the Lorde fam? You all were so amazing at the Forum last night! I kept to myself not wanting to be “that” dude, but I loved the energy and vibe of the crowd! No one cared that this cis-gendered, 51 straight BIPOC dude was dancing his ass off loving every second of the show. Goes without saying how amazing Ella was - this was my third time seeing her live and she just brings it. Every. Time. I love great music and don’t let my age or anything else get in the way.

Yikes (or when 'Safety' Deposit is just a suggestion)…Thanks Key Bank!

Long time first time!

This happened in September. No follow up until I called today and was hung up on. It had been escalated to there Ohio offices and they went from, “that shouldn’t happen” “to we made a mistake and take no responsibility.”

My spouse and our daughter, 12, went to the Magnolia branch of Key bank to get some bangles my grandmother had passed down to me. When they got to the vault it was empty.

I did later find out that they let my wife and daughter experience this knowing it had been drilled and removed. The manager was literally smiling when I came in, like they were ready for a show.

Anyway, my wife calls me and I’m steaming (spoiler alert, they got the show). We came to learn that they stopped sending bills to our address (where we had been living for over 10 years) and sent them to our previous address. So we hadn’t been paying our bill…But we were constantly using the box and they never mentioned it?

On the spot they essentially ransomed our stuff and to date have not compensated us for the extra charges we incurred.

If you are still reading, I’m trying to decide if I should let it go for my own mental well being or take them to small claims court. But that would be for spite so not sure.
