So I want to recover my old instagram account. I've lost access to the number I set up 2FA with on that account and lost backup codes.

I have access to the connected email and the previous number it was connected to before I changed the connected number to the one I lost, if that is any help.

Any chances it is recoverable? I'm on Android and my app is extremely glitchy, so I can't even submit a support request. There is no support email either.

Any help and advice appreciated.

P.S. I uploaded stories to that account with my face, But there are no posts. Is there any way instagram could help?
