Luna 3 Not Responding
Not sure if anyone else had this issue but I just got my Luba 3 last week. I got everything set up and it mowed my grass once. It did a nice job but, the next day I made some adjustments to the map, manually cut a few edges it missed and put it back on charge and went about my day. I got home that night and now the mower won’t connect. The lights turn on and there’s an occasional “click” or “pop” from the speaker, but other than that, it’s unresponsive. I can’t connect in the app, the buttons on the machine don’t do anything and it doesn’t even say “front wheels lifted” if I tilt the mower up.
I have a calling Mammotion and I’m waiting for someone to get back to me (I was told it could up to 72hrs). With both their online and hotline chats, they couldn’t do much because I can’t send them logs since the machine won’t connect.
