I'm trying to manifest a taller height, but I'm always so conscious about it. For example, I've measured my height against my cupboard, so whenever I pass by it, I always look at myself from the side to see if I've grown an inch.

And good Lord, I also happen to have OCD, so it's really hell. I'm always looking at myself in the mirror after just one day and spiraling because I didn't get any results.

So please help me 😭
