How do I improve this? Brutally Honest!

I’m a new builder, and I really wanna improve this small setup that I have, I have trouble with putting my creative ideas into work and trying new things (like new blocks), it’s also not done.

Not sure what the theme I’m doing is called, but it’s a flowery cozy neat town typa aesthetic?
