Session 9 - Creeping Shadows on the Edge of a Patient World
Hi, folks! Here is an ambient piece I made with Yamaha Seqtrak and Korg Volca Keys + Korg NTS1 MKII for effects. Timelapse videos shot during last August's lunar eclipse.
Peace,
Mike

Hi, here is one I recorded one warm day, when we were all waiting desperately for some drops of rain. I hope you'll enjoy it!
Hi there! Here is a kinda polyrhythmic thing. I wanted to explore how the Seqtrak could handle multiples of 6 steps instead of 8. I hope you enjoy it.
(This piece features a jaw harp my niece kindly brought me back from Nepal. My thoughts are with the victims of the terrible flood that happened there this week, and with their loved ones.)
Hi there, here is a new piece featuring the Seqtrak in song mode and a lead sound on the Korg Volca Keys. Hope you enjoy! Cheers,
Mike
Hi, here is a new piece that was heavily inspired by the early Porcupine Tree. I hope it has its own merits anyway. Peace,
Mike
OK, so here are the pictures of my setup. Just MDF panels and fake leather. All cables are packed inside, including my USB hub. Led lighting is just pasted along the inside edge of the top compartment. Wooden pegs slide gently in holes to access the side buttons (that was the brain-racking part!).
You can't see it clearly on the fourth picture, but there's a small hole on the side for midi and audio cables to get into the case.
I made this on the fly, so no blueprints, sorry, but I included my wiring chart FYI.
Hi there, here is a new piece with Seqtrak (in song mode), Korg Volca Keys, a guitar and a home-made bamboo flute. Cheers,
Mike
Hey, Seqtrak lovers, here's my first piece with this lovely little machine!
Peace,
Mike
