For anyone who’s had a blank transcript for a while and your return status has been stuck on “processing” or “returned received” I highly recommend calling the 800-830-5048 number.

They happen to be the only line that isn’t absolutely busy and won’t hang up on you due to “High call volume.”

They helped tremendously! I filed January 30 and still haven’t received my taxes though, I identified myself TWICE. Turns out, the verification never went through so I had to verify for a THIRD time today.

Now I have to wait up to 9 weeks, AGAIN, to receive my taxes, but i’m happy the problem is solved.
