Swapping boot drive issues

Please please help.

I upgraded to an nvme and obviously wanted to use it as my boot drive. Did a clean install and finally got it up and running normally after some driver issues. I planned on using the original sata ssd as bulk storage and did a secure erase on it in bios (I am 100% sure I chose the right drive). After that step, my pc only recognizes my new nvme with windows installed but will not boot into windows. Upon every restart it goes into bios. The boot order is correct, although since the old sata drive doesn’t appear I can only choose between the nvme and uefi. I tried unplugging the sata ssd and switching csm to enabled and nothing is working

Requesting high carbon purchasing advice

I’ve been looking around for my first high carbon blade. I’ve been rocking a tojiro DP gyuto for a few years now and love it. I recently started at a much more intense and demanding job and have found myself sharpening my knife twice a week to meet their standards. Partially because I’m interested in trying something new and collecting in addition to needing a more consistently razor sharp knife, I’d love some recommendations for a first carbon steel.

I want a gyuto in 210mm, and believe blue #2 seemed the best for my applications, although I’m not sure how much of a difference it makes. My budget is $250. I found this one that seemed to have good reviews:

I've had my mini for about 3 years and want to do a full breakdown and maintenance on it. Could anyone recommend me a screwdriver kit that has the right size torx bits for the hera 2 mini?

^ in this video, he says a t6 and t15, but I don't see those sizes listed in many screwdriver kits I'm looking at and I'm also unsure if the 2 uses the same screws as the original mini.
