Is there cell phone service at sea for calls only? Do I need the $22/day plan?
I do not care about internet at all. I just want to be able to make and receive phone calls if needed. Is there normal cell service at sea or does your phone lose signal once you’re away from land? Also do I actually need the $22/day plan (assuming it’s the cruise/mobile package) just to make calls, or is there another option for voice only? Trying to avoid paying for internet when I literally just want phone service. Verizon has a 20 a day cruise pass?
