Help finding this + price/similar ones

Making this post because I need help finding this coord and its price and/or similar coords.
For context I was scrolling on taobao for some new ouji coords to get and stumbled upon this dress, the issue is that all I could find was a deposit ( so I'm unsure what the real price is, I'm pretty sure the deposit was about 20$ unless my memory is failing me ) and I have not been able to find any other coord similar enough to this one so if anyone has ever bought it or know which store is the original one ( I could not figure that out either. . . ) it would help a lot !
I am not too educated on lolita-specific brands so if anyone has any recommendations on which ones I should aim for in order to find a similar style, I would appreciate it a lot as well as if anyone has an idea of what kind of petticoat and length I should get to properly match this kind of dress, thanks in advance !
