Hiii. Just wanted to share cause I'm really happy to have a full coord again after all these years 🥰

I "quit" lolita around 16-17 years ago, sold (almost) everything too. I just lost interest and got into other styles, spent all these years between normie and cookie-cutter alt fashion but thanks to a old friend (who also got back into lolita recently) I suddenly realized how much I've missed it. Ordering began... (sidenote: what the heck happened to second-hand prices?!)

Today I got my last few important pieces and maybe it's a bit cheesy to say but it feels like home!

I didn't tie the waist ties well enough so the jsk looks a lil loose...

The skirt was, sort of, my first lolita item - it's actually a normie dress that a friend gave me when she grew out of it (I just stayed smaller than she was at 12 lol). When I got into j-fashion I saw the potential in combining the dress with a blouse, headdress, tights and nice shoes to make a coord, and finally did it properly for my birthday this year!

I was in Japan for a few days and I wanted to visit AP or Baby, and decided to go for Laforet AP, however when I was looking up the stores I noticed most Baby the stars shine bright stores have bad reviews! Is that true? If so; that’s awful. I’m afraid a experience like that could change the way I see the brand. Everyone at AP Laforet was extremely sweet and nice to me, even

I absolutely ADORE Mary Magdalene, at the moment most of my dream dresses are from this brand. Unfortunately they will stay a dream because all of the JSKs/OPs/skirts I’ve seen from them have waist measurements that are way too small for me (for ref, mine is 77cm and the biggest I’ve seen from them is 71cm :’)). It sometimes hurts me to think about this :’)

I’ve accepted I’ll never own a dress from them, so I was wondering if anyone had any dress recs that are similar in vibe and have a better size range? 😭

It has the little button up milkmaid undershirt detail you'd see on old Victorian blouses :D

Y'all i bought this neo-ludwig jsk a few weeks ago, it has a side zipper and it doesn't drape correctly at the zipper side(right side) is there a way to fix this? It's been bothering me i really like the dress too 😞 I'm comparing the smaller petti compared to the bigger petti(petti+ hoop)

These are probably my dream shoes I’ve wanted them forever but I’m just not really sure where to buy them. My go to would usually be 42Lolita but I couldn’t find anything similar on their site. Would appreciate some help or recommendations on the best place to buy them or if it’s even possible to get them anymore 😔

Just wanted to share this OP I wore for one of my birthdays! I was initially going for Jirai make up and outfit but I thought the eyes fit so well for this fit!

Also just happy because I definitely improved my make up game from when I first wore this fit on my birthday! Ended up in Lolita outfit so I thought I'd share it here instead of Jirai sub reddit :3
