Hello! Just wanted to ask for some advice. I have some new prescription colored contacts and I’ve had them sitting in a multipurpose solution without using them just yet. They’ve been in the solution for about two weeks. I have opened the case for seconds twice to make sure they were the right color and I didn’t change the solution because I was unaware you had to change it even if you just opened the case.

It’s about six pairs and close to $300 so I really don’t want to have to discard them. I haven’t worn them yet, can I still use them? They’re yearly.

Sorry for the sad post, I just need to get this off of my chest and I feel like the internet is the best place. My fiancée of four years just decided to break up with me last night. It was out of the blue and caught me totally off guard. This year was hard for us (I’ve had two surgeries and haven’t been able to be intimate) and she couldn’t be with me anymore if it continued. She was the love of my life and I don’t know what to do. She’s the only relationship I’ve had.

She left our apartment this morning and is staying with other people. She just texted me that we’ll have to figure out how to break our lease and take the cats. Everything is moving so fast and I don’t know how to handle it.

I’m so upset that my illness ruined my life. I don’t have any plan, I moved to a totally different area for her and now I have no friends :( kind words would be appreciated because I can’t sit alone with my thoughts anymore
