Okay so the first (dark purple) is the dress I am thinking of for my son’s wedding but it’s on Poshmark. This seller doesn’t offer returns so if I get it I’m stuck with it.

So I went to Nordstrom today to try on a couple of dresses by the same brand in the same size

Is this size okay? Note I am wearing flats and no shapewear. Do I need to size up?

My SIL is getting married next week. Dress code for the wedding is all black, so I’m getting my color in for the rehearsal dinner.

I bought this a while back, and go back and forth about whether to wear it or not. I’ll wear a strapless bra with it, with the “straps” over one shoulder for a little added flair.

I’ve lost almost 50 pounds this year, but all I see is how I still need to lose more.

Just tried this on and I honestly can't tell if the color and style work on me or if it looks ugly. What do you think? Also open to suggestions on where something like this could even be worn.

One thing about me as a neurodivergent person I can say is I've always LOVED how colorful and fun fashion was in the early 2010s and I've noticed a lack of playfulness and color in clothes nowadays particularly mens fashion. Unfortunately the people at my school...not so much. I've been stopped on multiple occasions with people recording me and mockingly saying they like my outfit as they proceed to laugh with their friends. I've heard things like "Look at this mf in his kidz bop ahh outfit" and "2016 ahh" but in all honesty I really don't care and why should I? If not not wearing a black hoodie and sweats like 99.9% everyone else suddenly I'm shamed for being an individual? Fashion in my opinion is all about channeling about how you feel and how you want people to see yourself as and if me being childish and outdated is how they see me then so be it. 💕I don't think anyone should be shamed for dressing differently or louder than other people because at the end of the day we're all just breathing flesh who have the luxury of deciding how we present ourselves and if anyone has anything to say about you for what you choose to wear, just know that YOU like your look and other people shouldn't dictate that.

I’m loving the return of low rise jeans. These aren’t crazy low, and all necessary parts remain covered even when bending over or sitting down. I’m at an age, where I thought I was too old (in my 30s back then) to wear low rise jeans in the early 2000s, and now IDGAF lol! We do what we want, when we want, right? 😄

My fiance matched his outfit to my dress then insisted upon the long socks and boots. Then, when we got home, wanted to at least see how the outfit looked with the leather jacket he brought for me if it got cold. And mum loves me, and thought my outfit was adorable. I'm such a lucky girl!
